Desired Skills:
-Able to demonstrate expertise with the TIBCO – Web FOCUS (8.2, 9) and BI expertise in the current market
-Knowledge of Info Assist and Developer web clients
-SQL skills for querying and creation of views/tables, functions, and stored procedures.
-Working knowledge with IBM Netezza source data
-Good foundation of design and build concepts for dashboards, reports and cubes from backend like IBM Netezza 2.1.9, and other traditional tools from Excel.
-Experience of the end-to-end full development life cycle
-Manage and utilize the Web FOCUS platform to extract meaningful insights from it for business decisions preferably with some Retail knowledge.
-Strong experience delivering data visualization projects
-Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytical insights
-Retail domain experience is a plus
-Push down SQL skills are a plus.
-Articulate and document architectural solutions and processes
-Worked on enterprise-level report development with an understanding of scalable solutions
-Experience working with clients as part of a consulting environment
-Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
-Ability to act as a mentor and/or technical expert for the team and business partners
-Ability to engage with stakeholders and help deliver what they need.
-A proponent of collaborative software engineering techniques and methods: agile development, continuous integration, code review or pairing, unit testing, refactoring, and related approaches
-Ability to evangelize Web Focus usage across the organization.
-Exposure to ETL tools like IBM Infosphere DataStage, hands-on working knowledge not necessarily needed.
-Should be able to show the ‘Art of the Possible’ to the customers and bring out the WOW factor in dashboarding.
-Help identifying insights hidden under the database/data warehouse.
Salary – 170 Euros per day
